Zola studeerde Geneeskunde aan de University
of Parma in Italië (afgestudeerd in 2001) . Hier
volgde zij tevens haar opleiding tot oogarts (afgerond in 2005).
Fellowships:
2007-2009 Fellow in Cornea and External Disease at the
Ophthalmologic Department of the AMC, Amsterdam.
2005 Fellow at the External Disease Clinic at Moorfields Eye
Hospital.
Zola is als oogarts onder andere werkzaam geweest in the
Ophthalmological Department in Italië en bij de
Eyescan Visie Clinic in Utrecht. Sedert 2011 is zij
werkzaam als oogarts bij Oogziekenhuis
Zonnestraal.
